Simon Jenkins
Simon qualified as a solicitor in 1994 and became a partner in the firm of Curtis Legal in 2001. Simon is a Director of Curtis Legal and has a background of general practice. He has over 25 years experience in legal practice and has a broad knowledge of legal matters. He is the managing partner of the firm and works closely with all the team members in the practice. He is married with two children and enjoys swimming and cycling and spending time with his family and friends.

Rhiannon Jenkins
Rhiannon qualified as a Solicitor in 1998 having completed her training contract in a mixed practice firm in Monmouth. Rhiannon spent over 12 years working for a large volume conveyancing firm in Cardiff before taking a position with Curtis Legal in 2016. Rhiannon assists in the private client department and is now also a Director of the Company. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, travelling and reading.

Jon Cooper
Jonathan gained a 2:1 LLB (Hons) Degree before joining Curtis Legal Ltd in 2002. Now in his 20th year with the company, Jonathan specialises in all areas of personal injury and clinical negligence work. He is kept busy with his children’s sporting activities and currently coaches his sons local football team. A keen runner and armchair rugby enthusiast, Jonathan also enjoys long walks in the country with his family and two Labradors.

Wayne Rudall
Wayne joined Curtis Legal Ltd in June 2007 after spending 4 years as a section manager in the Recoveries department of Eversheds LLP and whilst undertaking his legal executive course. He qualified as a fellow of ILEX in June 2009, then went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University in June 2012 and subsequently qualify as a solicitor in December 2012. Wayne specialises in personal injury, clinical negligence and medical product liability matters. He enjoys spending time with his family, attending live music gigs, running, and is a follower of most sports with a particular passion for Newport County FC.

Kate Alford
Kate qualified as a MCILEX in 2012 whilst working full time as Private Client and Residential Fee Earner at a local firm in Cwmbran. She joined Curtis Legal in May 2021 as a Private Client Fee Earner specialising in Wills and Probate as well as Lasting Power of Attorneys and Deputyship applications to the Court of Protection. She enjoys building relationships with her clients and strives to deliver a caring service. In her spare time she enjoys reading, exercising, spending time with her family and long walks with her dog Alfie.
Sue Flye
Sue has over 10 years’ experience in the legal sector and has worked in several areas of law including conveyancing and private client. She recently joining Curtis Legal Ltd and assists Kate in the Probate department. Sue enjoys reading and running and spending time with family and friends.
Sarah Powell
Sarah is the accounts and practice manager at Curtis Legal. She has over 22 years of experience of accounts and practice management in general practice. She lives locally with her family and enjoys travelling, reading and spending time with her family.
